A spring and summer rosé, with citrus and redcurrant aromas and a supple, ample mouth. To be drunk with grilled meats or seafood.

Soil: Sand, clay, limestone.
Exposure: North West of La Clape, warm and dry climate tempered by the maritime.
Area: 2.5 ha
Production: About 8 000 bottles.
Winemaking: Selective harvesting, juice obtained by direct pressing, refrigerated settling. Fermentation at low temperature in tank, aging on dregs / tank.
Ageing: oak barrels.
Degree: 12.5%
Laying down: Young wine to drink, in 2 to 3 years.
Consumption at: 10 à 12° C
