CUVÉE JULIETTE
Dressed in ebony with purplish reflections, this new vintage once again sings the praises of this immortal cuvée. Juliette takes its name from Bruno Pellegrini’s granddaughter. On the nose, the fusion of black fruits, spices and notes of liquorice, is enough to exalt the senses. Exquisite tannins meld with a svelte body and aromas of blackcurrant in an ample and generous palate. Its beautiful length is marked by a few chocolate notes and a toned and woody finish. A cuvée of character that goes wonderfully with sautéed wild boar or soft, molten chocolate.
