COMBEMALE ROUGE

This was Ricardelle’s very first wine in the Languedoc appellation, a classic that remains faithful to its original quality. Behind its deep colour with glints of red, it reveals a subtle and fruity nose, round and ample on the palate. There is an extraordinary suppleness in the tannins, which place it perfectly alongside a roast leg of lamb or a filet of beef. To drink young or after a short period of laying down.
