CLOSABLIÈRES

Immersed in the flora and minerality of the massif, le Closablières is fascinating. The depth of its garnet colour, and we notice black fruits and cocoa from the first nose. Of great regularity, the palate is structured, embellished with a vanilla finish and a pleasantly melting conclusion. Silky tannins complete the fresh finish. Ready to be enjoyed now with meats in sauce, lamb gigot…
