The original alchemy between the 3 Atlantic grape varieties, cultivated under the auspices of the Mediterranean climate. From the start, the nose is distinguished by beautiful fragrances of menthol and spice. As ample and suave as one can imagine, on the palate this warm wine exhales the fresh notes of prune and liquorice that add to its charm. Ideal for grilled foods with friends.

Grape varieties: 40% Marselan, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Merlot
Culture : Sustainable agriculture since 2004 for the environment and complexity of wine.
Soil: Sandy loam.
Yield : About 45 hl/ha  / 15.000 bottles
Harvest: 50% manual 50% machine.
Winemaking: Fermentation with temperature control between 28° C and 32° C. 30 days vatting – No yeasting, manual punching, pumping over. No sticking or filtration.
Ageing: In vats for 8/10 months, Cabernet in barrels 225 Liters 1 wine.
Degree: 14 %
Laying down: 3 – 5 years.
Consumption at: Around 16° C on grilled meats, ready meals, red meats and cheeses.
Tasting: Bright nose with black fruits, slightly spicy. Ample and suave mouth with scents of garrigue, menthol and liquorice.
